Seagate is a waterfront complex by Emaar in Rashid Yachts & Marina, the new residential marina at Mina Rashid near the mouth of Dubai Creek. Its low and mid rise buildings hold one to four bedroom apartments with views over the marina and the Arabian Gulf. Completed in 2025, it is the first ready address in the community.

About Seagate
Seagate was the first property released to buyers in the new Port Rashid, offered in May 2019 under the name Sirdhana and relaunched as Seagate in 2022. Emaar built it through its subsidiary Mina Rashid Properties, with Studio International Engineer Consultants as architect of record. Construction began in September 2019 and the buildings were completed in 2025.
The complex is a group of four buildings of 5, 6, 10 and 15 storeys over one basement car park, so most homes sit relatively close to the water. Apartments have glass facades, full height windows and wide balconies. In the last 12 months the Dubai Land Department recorded 24 ready sales, mostly two bedroom units, and 86 first Ejari leases as residents moved in.
Seagate stands on the southern edge of the marina basin, beside the off plan Clearpoint and Seascape buildings, while the Queen Elizabeth 2 floating hotel is about 600 m to the north east. Al Shindagha, the Al Ghubaiba transport hub and the lanes of old Bur Dubai are all within about 2.5 km.
