About Riva Residence
Vakson Group, a family owned business, started building Riva Residence in November 2022 on a plot first earmarked for an earlier scheme called Dubai Cliff. Khatib & Alami was the architectural consultant and Bu Haleeba Contracting the main contractor. The tower is listed at 30 storeys and won an ENR Merit Award in 2025 in the global residential category.
The building moved from off plan to ready within the last 12 months. Of 19 sales registered with the Dubai Land Department, 12 were off plan and 7 were ready resales, and the first 22 Ejari leases followed handover, mostly one and two bedroom homes. One bedroom units recorded a median size of about 958 sq ft, three bedrooms about 2,180 sq ft.
Riva sits in the southern half of the peninsula, close to Il Vento, Saria and Nautica One, while most of the district around it is still under construction. Mina Rashid, with the Queen Elizabeth 2 and its marina, is about 1.2 km away, and Al Shindagha and old Bur Dubai are a short drive along the waterfront.
