About Rabdan
Al Fahim built Rabdan as a mid rise tower among the newer buildings on the Hessa Street side of Motor City, next to Lootah Avenue and The Fold. Khatib and Alami were the architects and CRC Engineering the contractor, and the building was finished in 2020, much later than the original Uptown blocks.
Rabdan keeps to two layouts. One bedroom apartments are about 776 sq ft with a balcony, and two bedroom homes measure about 1,183 to 1,206 sq ft. The ground floor has a nursery, a gym, a supermarket and a tanning salon, so daily needs are covered without driving.
Rabdan was the most traded ready building in Motor City over the last 12 months, with 224 registered sales, about two thirds of them one bedroom apartments. It also had more rental listings than any other building in the area in our snapshot.
