About Serenia Residences
Palma Holding launched Serenia Residences in 2015 and completed it in 2018, bringing a boutique, resort style address to the East Crescent. The development is arranged as three buildings, known as the East, West and North wings, behind a private gated entrance with concierge and valet parking. Palma later built Serenia Living on the West Crescent, carrying the name to the other side of the island.
