About Como Residences
Nakheel, the master developer of Palm Jumeirah, launched Como Residences as a landmark tower for the island, designed by Benjelloun Piper Architecture. Construction began in September 2023, Dubai Holding announced the main construction contract in September 2024, and Nakheel's progress update in June 2026 showed the tower at about 18% complete, with handover expected in Q2 2028.
The tower's curving form takes its cue from a seashell. It will stand more than 300 metres tall, and homes have wraparound balconies with views of 180 to 360 degrees. From level 23 upwards, residents look toward the Burj Al Arab on one side and Ain Dubai on the other. Most levels have private pools, and the rooftop crowns the tower with an infinity pool and a 360 degree viewing deck.
Como Residences is aimed at buyers looking for a very large and very private home in the sky, since the smallest two bedroom layouts start at about 5,230 sq ft. Planned facilities include an elevated private sandy beach, a 25 metre lap pool, a wellness centre and spa, padel and squash courts, children's play areas and a private cafe lounge, with private lobbies and access controlled lifts.
