About Nikki Beach Residences
Nikki Beach Residences was created by Meraas together with Nikki Beach, the lifestyle brand known for its beach clubs around the world. The homes sit on the northern side of Pearl Jumeirah, next to the Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Dubai, which opened in late 2016, so residents live within a working beach resort rather than a standalone tower.
The development is small by Dubai standards, with only 63 homes. Meraas lists one, two, three and four bedroom residences alongside six townhouses and a single penthouse. The Dubai Land Department registers the homes in two buildings, NB Residences 1 and NB Residences 2, and every unit comes with its own parking space.
Buyers are drawn by the rare combination of a beachfront island setting and a central address, a few minutes from Jumeirah Beach Road, City Walk and Downtown Dubai. With so few homes, resales and rentals come up only occasionally, which keeps the address exclusive for owners and tenants alike.
