About District 8
District 8 was built as Packages 5 and 5A of Jumeirah Park. Construction began in February 2013 and finished in 2015, after which Nakheel renamed it District 8 as part of a simpler numbering for the whole community.
It is the only district that mixes all three of Jumeirah Park's architectural styles, Regional, Legacy and Heritage, in the smaller three bedroom villa types. Every villa is detached, with a private garden, terraces and a double garage. Streets run from H1 to H10, and the villa types carry the letters O, P, Q and QL.
As one of the more accessible entry points to Jumeirah Park, District 8 attracts both families and investors. Jumeirah Park East Pavilion is on its doorstep for daily shopping, the main Pavilion and Dubai British School Jumeirah Park are around a kilometre away, and Al Furjan metro station is about two kilometres away.
