Legacy Nova Villas is a neighbourhood of four bedroom detached villas by Nakheel in District 9, on the eastern side of Jumeirah Park, Dubai. About Legacy Nova Villas
Nakheel launched Legacy Nova in 2013 as Package 7 of Jumeirah Park, an updated version of the community's popular Legacy villa with four bedrooms. Construction started in June 2013 and the district was completed in 2016. It was later renamed District 9 to give Jumeirah Park a simple, numbered layout.
The villas follow an Arabesque classic design with an L shaped living, dining and family area, a semi open kitchen, a private garden and a double garage. Streets in the district are numbered I5 to I19, and the villa types carry the letters R to X.
Its position on the eastern edge of Jumeirah Park makes it popular with families: Dubai British School Emirates Hills, the Jumeirah Islands clubhouse and Jumeirah Park East Pavilion are all within about a kilometre, and Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road are both close by car.
