About Al Andalus Tower D
Tower D was part of the group of four towers, D, E, F and G, that Jumeirah Golf Estates scheduled for handover in the second quarter of 2020, and it was completed in April that year. It stands on the east side of the quarter, with the low rise Alandalus townhouses a short walk to the south east.
Its defining feature is rental demand. Ejari recorded close to sixty leases in Tower D over the past year, roughly evenly split between one and two bedroom apartments, with a few three bedrooms. That makes it a practical choice for investors who value quick re letting, and for tenants who want a wide choice of units in one building.
Layouts cover more ground than in the first phase towers. One bedroom apartments measure roughly 770 to 820 sq ft, two bedrooms about 1,380 to 1,600 sq ft and three bedrooms about 1,800 sq ft, and a large four bedroom unit of over 3,000 sq ft has been offered for rent. Victory Heights Community Park is only about 300 metres away.
