About Al Andalus Tower C
Tower C is one of the eight apartment blocks in Alandalus, and it stands at the very northern corner of the neighbourhood, the closest block to the Spinneys store and the Al Fay Road side of the estate. Work started in September 2016 and the building was handed over in December 2019, a few months after the neighbourhood's townhouses.
The block rises 11 storeys. Like the rest of Alandalus, its design borrows from the architecture of Andalucia in southern Spain, and every apartment has a large covered terrace. Land Department records for the past year show one, two and three bedroom sales, which makes it a practical choice for couples and small families as well as investors.
Around the building, the Alandalus grounds are planted with olive and citrus trees and water features, and the wider landscape has five lakes. Because it faces the northern edge of the estate, residents are close to Mediclinic Me'aisem, Sunmarke School and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, while the fairways of the Fire and Earth courses are just to the south.
