About Serenia Living
Palma Development, part of Palma Holding, began construction on Serenia Living in June 2022 and completed the project in February 2026, announcing it in April 2026. It follows the company's earlier Serenia Residences on the East Crescent. Designed by Godwin Austen Johnson with Hazel W.S. Wong, the four towers occupy the first plot at the tip of the West Crescent, beside Atlantis The Palm.
Towers 1 and 2 face east over the Gulf, while Towers 3 and 4 look west across the fronds to the city skyline, so residents can choose sunrise or sunset views. About 70% of the site is private park, wrapped around an 88 metre infinity pool, and a beachfront lounge opens onto the sand. The Sky Mansions at the top have 360 degree views, ceilings of about 8.5 metres and their own private pool and gym.
Serenia Living suits families and buyers moving up to a larger home, since even the smallest apartments start at about 1,720 sq ft. A 10,000 sq ft wellness club with spa, sauna and ice plunge pool, a padel court, a private cinema and a golf simulation lounge mean residents rarely need to leave.
