About The Onyx Tower 2
The Onyx is a newer complex at the edge of The Greens, completed in the late 2010s by Ishraqah through its company The Onyx for Development. It has a retail podium and towers that mix offices and homes, and Tower 2 is the one with apartments, which makes it unlike the low rise Emaar clusters that fill the rest of the community.
Tower 2 has 24 floors. Office suites take up floors 2 to 11, and the residences start on the 12th floor, with 13 apartments on each level up to the 24th. Starting that high gives most homes open views over the Emirates Golf Club, the lawns of The Greens and Sheikh Zayed Road, with Palm Jumeirah in the distance.
