About Grandeur Residences
ETA Star began building Grandeur Residences in 2006 and completed it in 2012, creating one of the most distinctive addresses on the Palm Crescent. The two residential buildings carry the names Maurya and Mughal, after great Indian dynasties, and share their beachfront complex with Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, a hotel known for its 230 metre private beach and 70 metre pool.
The design draws openly on Indian palace architecture, with arches, columns and domes across the facades, and marble floors with Asian motifs inside. At only six floors, the buildings feel intimate and calm, and residents step out to a private beach on the Crescent with sea views and the city skyline across the water. Facilities include adult and children's pools, a gym, a spa and a tennis court.
