About The Palm Tower
Nakheel, the master developer of Palm Jumeirah, built The Palm Tower as the island's centrepiece, working with St. Regis Hotels and Resorts. In March 2021 Nakheel and the Dubai Media Office announced that the 240 metre tower was nearing completion, and residential handover followed from late 2021. The tower stands on top of Nakheel Mall and has its own station on the Palm Monorail.
The tower's form was inspired by the shape of a palm tree. The first 18 floors hold the 290 room St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, and the 432 furnished residences fill floors 19 to 47, with panoramic views over the fronds, the Gulf and the Dubai skyline. At the top, level 50 has the AURA Skypool, level 51 hosts SUSHISAMBA and level 52 is The View at The Palm observation deck.
The Palm Tower suits buyers who want a turnkey, hotel serviced home in the busiest part of the Palm, with the mall, dining and the monorail directly below. Studios and one bedroom residences appeal to professionals and second home owners, while larger units suit those who want a high floor apartment with St. Regis services and some of the most recognisable views in Dubai.
