About Oceana Residences
Seven Tides International launched Oceana in 2005, started construction in January 2008 and completed the community in December 2009, making it one of the established addresses on the Palm trunk. The seven buildings are named after the world's seas: Adriatic, Aegean, Atlantic, Baltic, Caribbean, Pacific and Southern, and they sit together behind a single private gated entrance.
Each building has 13 floors, and the blocks are arranged in a triangular, resort style layout that opens onto the community's own beach. Facing west, many apartments look across the water to the Dubai Marina skyline, which is especially beautiful at sunset. Residents use the Regatta Club beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, an infinity pool overlooking the sea and a waterfront track of about 2 km for running and cycling.
Oceana suits families who want a beach, a kids club and a children's pool inside a secure gated community, and professionals who like being a short drive from Dubai Marina. The Al Ittihad Park monorail station is within walking distance, and Golden Mile Galleria and Nakheel Mall are close by for shopping and dining, so everything residents need is close to home.
