About Kingdom of Sheba
IFA Hotels & Resorts launched Kingdom of Sheba in December 2006 as a complete resort destination on the West Crescent, named after the Queen of Sheba, known in Arabic tradition as Balqis. The community brings together the Balqis Residence homes with Fairmont Heritage Place, the Fairmont Kingdom of Sheba and the Fairmont Vacation Club, so owners live with full resort services around them.
The architecture follows traditional Arabian design, with the balance and symmetry of classic Arab buildings, and the mid rise blocks sit among landscaped gardens that run down to the sea. Residents have private beach access on the Crescent, with views across the Arabian Gulf toward the Dubai skyline. The larger homes include duplex penthouses of up to about 23,900 sq ft and standalone beach villas.
Kingdom of Sheba suits buyers who want the space of a villa or townhouse with the services of a resort around them.
