The Springs is one of the most established communities in Emirates Living: a gated set of townhouses around lakes, green walkways and mature planting. Families, runners and children on bikes fill the paths in the evenings, and the community pools sit within walking distance of most homes.

Springs Souk covers daily needs with a Carrefour Market, Reel Cinemas, Fitness First and clinics. Dubai British School is in Springs 3.

Springs 1 to 15 and the Type layouts

Emaar built more than 4,800 semi-detached and terraced townhouses across 15 sub-communities, Springs 1 to 15, with two to four bedrooms. Every home follows one of four layouts, which makes The Springs easy to compare like for like.

Types 1, 2 and 3 are three bedroom homes and Type 4 is a two bedroom home with a small study. The letter after the type tells you the position: E is an end unit with one shared wall and a larger plot, M is a middle unit attached on both sides. Lake facing homes carry the highest prices, according to Gulf News.
