What are your office hours?+
We are an appointment-only brokerage and meet clients at The Rufescent, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). Our advisors are available Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm Gulf Standard Time, and viewings outside these hours can be arranged.
Do I need to be in Dubai to buy or sell with EQT?+
No. We work with international clients every day and can handle viewings, paperwork and the Dubai Land Department transfer remotely, including by power of attorney where needed.
Is EQT a licensed brokerage?+
Yes. EQT REAL ESTATE L.L.C is regulated by the Dubai Land Department and RERA, under ORN 33039 and DED licence 1123882.
