Serenia Residences, Palm Jumeirah
Serenia Residences is a beachfront apartment building on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah, developed by Palma Holding and completed between 2017 and early 2018. It holds 250 homes across three wings, from one bedroom apartments to three and four bedroom penthouses, with a private beach, an infinity pool and a 22 metre lap pool. Buyers choose it for crescent beach living at a lower entry point than the branded towers.
The building sits on the crescent beside the Anantara resort, so you get open sea on one side and the Palm skyline and fronds across the lagoon on the other. Three wings, called North, West and East, share one set of facilities, which keeps the service charge spread across 250 homes.
Don't confuse it with Serenia Living, a newer and larger Palma project on the West Crescent next to Atlantis The Palm, completed in 2026. The two share a developer and a name. They differ in location, age, unit sizes and price.

Serenia Residences gives you a crescent beachfront address in a building that is fully built and settled. Compared with the branded towers on the crescent, you pay for the beach and the view instead of a hotel operator's services, which is why many end users prefer it.
Layouts run from one bedroom apartments to the penthouses on the upper floors. The half-floor and full-floor penthouses are the rarest stock, and they rarely reach open listing portals. If a penthouse is your target, register the brief early so we can approach owners directly.

Living in the building
Residents share an infinity pool, a 22 metre lap pool and a separate children's pool, plus a gym, BBQ and fire pit areas and a basketball court. The private beach is the main draw: you walk from the lobby to the sand without crossing a road.
Bayut lists the building as not pet friendly, so check the current building rules before you buy if you have a dog. Bayut also shows service charges of about AED 19.47 per sq ft a year. Ask for the latest RERA service charge budget before you commit, because the figure is reset each year.
Serenia Residences or Serenia Living?
Both come from Palma. Serenia Residences is the older, smaller building on the crescent beside Anantara. Serenia Living is a four tower project with 226 homes on the West Crescent next to Atlantis The Palm, completed in February 2026, with larger penthouses and sky mansions. If your budget or brief sits at the top end, look at both before you decide.
